SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know by emailing rarebeadtreasures@gmail.com with the reason for your return.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the shipping expense back to Rare Bead Treasures.  

Once we’ve received the returned item we will issue a refund within 7-14 days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.All items are sent through the US Post Office.

If a product was damaged in shipping please let us know as soon as possible so that we have time to process a claim with the shipping company.

Proof of Damage or Partial Loss of Contents

Please retain any damaged items, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved.

Pictures of the damaged box and item will be required. If you receive notification from the Postal Service, you will be required to bring the item, packaging, and all contents to a Post Office.
